On January 19, 2023, Summit Marine Services established the ECDIS crew training course.
What is ECDIS (Electronic Chart Display And Information System)?
It is a navigation information system that supports navigation by displaying the real-time location of electronic charts of ships, allowing navigators to plan and monitor routes, and utilize additional information related to navigation.
The newly established ECDIS training course is expected to improve the proficiency of maritime staff and contribute to preventing maritime safety accidents.
